The company provides real estate development, commercial construction, industrial construction, custom home construction, property improvements, and plumbing services for a wide range of clients. The Denver operation supports commercial and residential construction projects, plumbing installations, maintenance, renovations, and development activities. Clients include commercial property owners, developers, hospitality organizations, industrial facilities, and private owners. As a Master Plumber, you will oversee plumbing installations, supervise field personnel, ensure code compliance, and play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential plumbing systems. Supervise plumbing crews and coordinate daily activities on active construction projects. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure proper installation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients throughout project execution. Qualifications Active Master Plumber License. 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, drainage systems, and water distribution systems. Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading plumbing crews. Commercial construction experience. Multi-family construction experience. Design-build project experience. Experience working directly with project managers and clients.
