Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and equipment to job sites Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and schematics to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to clear blockages effectively Conduct plumbing inspections to identify potential issues before they become costly problems Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and ensuring seamless integration into existing structures Follow local building codes and safety regulations diligently during all phases of work Heavy lifting of materials and equipment is required regularly on construction sites Experience Proven construction site experience with residential or commercial plumbing projects Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, water systems, and plumbing system maintenance Knowledge of construction plumbing standards, schematics, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras and schematics for troubleshooting complex issues Ability to operate heavy machinery such as power tools safely in various environments Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Previous handyman or remodeling experience is a plus but not mandatory Join us as a Plumber Technician to build a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
