$30.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience) About the Role The primary focus of this position is residential (and commercial) service work. We're looking for a courteous, motivated individual who thrives on connecting with customers and providing top-notch service. Qualifications and Requirements P2 License in CT (Required) Valid and clean driver's license (Required) Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience (Preferred) Strong sales skills and ability to recommend services/products Excellent customer service and communication abilities Self-motivated and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay ($30.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience) Great earning potential through bonuses and incentives Medical insurance 401(k) retirement plan Company vehicle for on-the-road work Rotating Weekends every 4-5 weeks Work Environment This position involves on-the-road service work throughout Central Connecticut.
