Experienced Water Treatment and Water Supply Technician Duncan Water Systems | Fairfield County, CT Duncan Water Systems is a family-owned and operated water systems service and sales company that has proudly served Fairfield County and surrounding areas for over 70 years. We are currently seeking an experienced Water Treatment and Water Supply Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a stable, locally owned company with a strong reputation. Compensation $65,000 - $90,000 per year , depending on experience, licensure, and verbal & written communication skills. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment, water supply, and well water systems Diagnose and troubleshoot piping and mechanical issues Work independently while following company standards and management direction Provide high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service Collaborate effectively with team members Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a related trade Active J2 or P2 plumbing license (required) Strong mechanical aptitude and thorough understanding of piping systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair faulty plumbing and mechanical systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening High school diploma or equivalent (required) Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus
