Hiring Plumbers with at least 2 years' plumbing experience Location DC metro area Compensation of $27 to $35 per hour Dynamic Drain Technologies specializes in state-of-the-art pipelining technologies for multifamily condos and industrial facilities. Due to rapid growth, we are adding Plumbers/CIPP Technicians to our operations team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience. Your primary role will include developing skills in CCTV inspection, pipe cleaning, pipe lining, robotic reinstatement, and plumbing. Our primary objective is for you to become skilled with the CIPP process and general plumbing techniques.

• Bilingual Spanish English
• Experience fixing, replacing, and upgrading plumbing in occupied homes/condos, such as repairing toilets, re-piping drain waste and vent pipes or replacing domestic water pipes
• Cleaning/snaking waste lines
• Experience in maintenance rather than installing systems in new buildings
• Willing to travel out of state 15 weeks per year Excellent customer service skills/ability to interact with the public Motivated to learn cured in place pipelining installation Motivated to learn robotic reinstatements High level of motivation and great work ethic Pass pre-employment background check Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Other skills:
• Experience with CIPP lining process a plus
• Experience working with smaller diameter cast iron piping a plus
• Experience working with Uponor or PEX piping systems a plus
• Experience can be residential, multifamily or industrial
• The individual must be able to work in tight spaces and under counters.
