RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Perform water heater, drain, leak, fixture, toilet, faucet, and piping repairs Identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions Present repair and replacement options to homeowners Provide exceptional customer service Complete job documentation accurately Maintain a clean and professional work environment Follow company safety and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

Experienced residential/commercial plumber — required Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer-service and communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently Plumbing certifications are a plus Leadership experience is a plus for future management opportunities
