Plumber - 2-5 Years Experience in trade Preferred. Rieth Plumbing LLC is growing, and we're looking for a Plumber, or Plumber Apprentice, who wants to take the next step to gain experience as a Plumber in all aspects of the plumbing trade. We are a family-owned and operated plumbing company performing a wide variety of residential and commercial plumbing , including service and repair, remodeling, new construction, and custom plumbing projects. Our plumbers work across all areas of our business, and we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and wants to become a well-rounded plumber. The ideal candidate has approximately 2-5 years of hands-on, full-time, plumbing experience as a plumber or plumbing apprentice. You should be able to complete many common plumbing tasks independently while being willing to take direction and learn from more experienced plumbers on unfamiliar or more complex work. What You'll Do Your work may include: Residential and commercial service and repair Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems Plumbing fixture installation and replacement Water heater installation and repair Pipe, valve, and plumbing system repairs Residential remodeling Commercial plumbing projects Residential and commercial new construction Rough-ins, trim-outs, and fixture installations Reading and working from plumbing plans when needed Custom and specialty plumbing projects Working independently as well as alongside other members of our team What We're Looking For Approximately 2-5 years of, full-time, professional plumbing experience as a plumber or plumbing apprentice. Ability to independently complete familiar basic plumbing tasks Willingness to learn areas of plumbing where you may have less experience Willingness to work in service, remodeling, new construction, residential, and commercial plumbing Excellent work ethic and pride in workmanship Good customer service and communication skills Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take direction Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (minor violations will be considered on an individual basis). Must be able to pass a background check Ability to perform the physical requirements of plumbing work Ability to read plumbing plans is a plus You Don't Need to Know Everything We're not looking for someone who already knows everything about plumbing.
