Responsibilities Supervise plumbing crews on residential and multi-family construction projects Plan daily work, assign tasks, and monitor productivity and quality Ensure all installations meet code, specs, and company standards Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to meet schedules Enforce jobsite safety practices and company policies Review blueprints and material lists; verify layouts and rough-ins Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment for projects Train and mentor apprentices and plumbers; support skills development Inspect completed work and resolve field issues promptly Report project progress, manpower needs, and issues to management Required Skills Plumbing installation for residential and multi-family projects Blueprint and schematic reading Knowledge of plumbing codes and inspection requirements Crew supervision and field leadership Construction site safety management Material planning and inventory control Scheduling and coordination with general contractors and trades Quality control and punch list management Troubleshooting and problem resolution in the field Use of plumbing tools, equipment, and testing devices
