We're growing and looking for an experienced new construction plumber who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work on homes where the details matter. What you'll do Lead underground, rough-in, and trim-out on custom and luxury residential builds Read and work from blueprints and plumbing plans Install DWV, water distribution , and occasional gas Set high-end fixtures and finishes with care Coordinate with builders and other trades on site Work in a two-person crew Document your work in Housecall Pro with photos and job notes What we're looking for [5+] years of new construction plumbing experience Solid understanding of Florida plumbing code Able to lead a job from underground through final with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, professional, and respectful on customers' job sites What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Company truck with assigned tools Steady Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Paid holidays PTO Room to grow with a company that's building for the long term Take home vehicle within 30 miles
