Selling & Installing Plumber Expedited Home Services - Lakeland, FL Expedited Home Services is seeking an experienced selling and installing plumber who can confidently diagnose plumbing problems, educate homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and complete high-quality installations. This is a hands-on position for someone who can manage the entire customer experience—from the initial diagnosis and estimate through the completed repair or installation. We are looking for a plumber who communicates well, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and knows how to earn a customer's trust without using high-pressure sales tactics. Responsibilities Diagnose residential plumbing problems accurately Explain findings and available solutions clearly to homeowners Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options Provide upfront estimates and obtain customer approval Perform approved plumbing repairs and installations Install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing equipment Identify additional plumbing concerns and appropriate solutions Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas Complete invoices, photos, notes, and other documentation in ServiceTitan Collect payment and properly close out completed jobs Follow applicable plumbing codes and company procedures Deliver an excellent customer experience from beginning to end Qualifications Residential service and installation plumbing experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Proven ability to present and sell plumbing solutions Able to complete the work that is sold Professional appearance and communication skills Strong attention to detail and workmanship Comfortable using a tablet and field-service software Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Able to pass applicable background and drug-screening requirements Florida plumbing license or relevant certifications are preferred What We're Looking For The right person is: Honest and dependable Self-motivated and accountable Comfortable discussing pricing and options with homeowners Focused on solutions rather than pressure Capable of working independently Respectful of customers' homes and property Committed to completing work correctly the first time Interested in helping grow a developing plumbing division What We Offer Competitive compensation with strong earning potential Consistent residential service opportunities Company-provided tools and equipment as applicable Support from an established home-services team Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A company culture built around communication, accountability, customer service, and quality workmanship About Expedited Home Services Expedited Home Services provides HVAC and plumbing services throughout Polk County and surrounding communities.
