Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs aligned with local building codes. Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Perform plumbing system inspections, identify potential problems, and execute repairs or replacements efficiently. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing new water systems, and performing heavy lifting tasks as needed. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed to ensure compliance and quality standards. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in both residential and commercial settings. Skilled in welding techniques for pipe fitting or repairs when necessary. Proficient in drain cleaning methods and the use of plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics. Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and construction site equipment. Strong knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems to ensure compliance during all projects. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately. Experience with remodeling projects including fixture assembly and system upgrades. Capable of heavy lifting, basic math calculations for measurements or quantities, and handyman tasks requiring versatility.
