We teach you the trade and we pay for your certifications.

Mitigation Manager About Paul Davis of Miami Beach Paul Davis is an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. When a pipe bursts at 2am or a fire takes out a floor, we are who gets called. Our crews are first on site after disasters strike, and they lead the effort to restore the property. What You Will Do Support the mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold jobs across Miami Beach, Miami, Doral, North Miami and Hialeah Move and set equipment

Demolition:
remove wet carpet and pad, cut out damaged drywall, haul debris Help build containment and follow all PPE and safety protocols Load, unload, and keep the truck clean, stocked and organized Assist with contents pack-out, tarping and board-up Help in the warehouse when crews are not running Learn the trade from technicians who have done it for years Required Trade school. This one is not negotiable. You must be currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, a trade or vocational program
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, building trades, welding or similar.
We are hiring people we intend to develop into certified technicians, and that is who this role is for. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record, and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently and be on your feet all day Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime when a job calls for it Show up on time, every time Willingness to learn and take direction Not Required Restoration experience IICRC certification A college degree Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish OSHA 10 Any hands-on shop, lab or job site time from your program Where This Goes This is the first rung, not a dead end.
