Mitigation Manager About Paul Davis of Miami Beach Paul Davis is an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. When a pipe bursts at 2am or a fire takes out a floor, we are who gets called. Our crews are first on site after disasters strike, and they lead the effort to restore the property. What You Will Do Support the mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold jobs across Miami Beach, Miami, Doral, North Miami and Hialeah Move and set equipment- air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers
Demolition:
remove wet carpet and pad, cut out damaged drywall, haul debris Help build containment and follow all PPE and safety protocols Load, unload, and keep the truck clean, stocked and organized Assist with contents pack-out, tarping and board-up Help in the warehouse when crews are not running Learn the trade from technicians who have done it for years Required Trade school. This one is not negotiable. You must be currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, a trade or vocational program- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, building trades, welding or similar.
