Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus What MPI Provides Our Commercial Plumbing Service Technicians are provided with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including: Company vehicle Company-paid uniforms Cell phone iPad Position Overview We're looking for an experienced commercial service plumber who can confidently diagnose plumbing problems, troubleshoot complex systems, and complete quality repairs while providing professional service to our customers. This position requires strong technical knowledge, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently manage commercial service calls. Experience servicing and repairing boiler systems is highly preferred. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing service experience Commercial plumbing service experience required Boiler service and repair experience highly preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures Perform service, maintenance, repairs, and installations for commercial customers Identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions Troubleshoot plumbing equipment and systems Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and repairs to customers Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Follow company safety policies, procedures, and applicable plumbing codes Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Represent MPI professionally while providing an excellent customer experience Why Join MPI?
