What MPI Provides Our Residential Plumbing Service Technicians are provided with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including: Company vehicle Company-paid uniforms Cell phone iPad Position Overview We're looking for an experienced residential service plumber who can confidently diagnose plumbing problems, explain solutions to homeowners, and complete quality repairs with professionalism and attention to detail. This is an opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service, and being part of an established company with more than 50 years in the plumbing industry. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of residential plumbing service experience required Ten (10) or more years of experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls Valid Driver's License required Clean driving record preferred Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures Perform plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, and installations in residential homes Identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Follow company safety standards, policies, and applicable plumbing codes Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Represent MPI professionally while providing an excellent customer experience Why Join MPI?
