Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, adhering to local building codes and safety standards Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and system upgrades with precision and efficiency Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing assembly techniques to complete projects effectively Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure proper installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and providing handyman services as needed Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in residential or commercial settings Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, use of plumbing inspection cameras, and handling various hand tools and power tools Knowledge of local building codes, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings for accurate project execution Experience working on construction sites with heavy lifting requirements and adherence to safety protocols Familiarity with water systems maintenance, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and performing system repairs Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed Previous experience operating company vehicles responsibly in a professional environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional plumbing solutions!
