Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with the ability to read blueprints and perform various plumbing tasks efficiently. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform remodeling tasks that involve plumbing installations and modifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Conduct pipe threading and fitting to ensure proper connections. Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to complete projects on time. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing systems, including HVAC components when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites. Qualifications Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in both residential and commercial settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Familiarity with construction plumbing practices and techniques. Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective installation of plumbing systems. Experience in remodeling projects is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
