Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and installing plumbing systems across both commercial and residential sites. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive top-tier service while maintaining safety and efficiency on every project. Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Install new and repair existing plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, heaters, pumps, water filters and softeners. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing tasks. Perform plumbing remodeling projects. Hands on experience operating construction site equipment safely, including heavy lifting and use of construction site safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used and time spent on each job. Follow all safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Qualifications Proven experience in service plumbing ( minimum 5 years ), including diagnostics, installation and repair work on commercial or residential sites. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and soldering techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations. Must live within our service area.
