Service Plumber -

Residential & Light Commercial Location:

$25-$32/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call availability About Us Cornerstone Plumbing Company is a fast-growing residential and custom home plumbing contractor serving Pinellas County and surrounding areas. We're expanding our service division and looking for a skilled Service Plumber who can troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems with professionalism, efficiency, and pride. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs for water, drain, and gas systems Handle water heater replacements (tank and tankless), re-pipes, sewer lines, fixture repairs, and more Install and maintain water softeners and filtration systems Deliver clean, timely, and code-compliant work Communicate clearly with customers and team members Complete field reports and invoices accurately Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed Requirements 3-5+ years of residential plumbing service experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Knowledge of Florida plumbing code and local inspection procedures Strong diagnostic and repair skills Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be flexible, adaptable and keep company van tidy, organized and clean What We Offer Hourly pay starting at $25-$32/hour (based on experience) Company truck, gas card, and tools Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid holidays and PTO Bonus opportunities for performance and efficiency Long-term career growth opportunities
