Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties using hand tools, power tools, and construction experience. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately. Perform drain cleaning and unclogging tasks to ensure proper water flow and prevent backups. Read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans to execute projects effectively. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, assembly tasks, and construction site activities. Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work. Assist with plumbing system inspections, maintenance, and repairs as needed on water systems and related infrastructure. Utilize hand tools, heavy lifting techniques, and plumbing inspection cameras efficiently to complete tasks accurately. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings. Proficiency in welding techniques for pipe fitting or repair applications. Strong drain cleaning skills along with knowledge of plumbing system maintenance. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras safely. Familiarity with local building codes, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements. Experience in construction site activities including remodeling projects and assembly tasks. Knowledge of water systems management, plumbing inspection procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Handyman experience or general remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support.
