In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks for both new installations and repairs. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety codes and project specifications. Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components seamlessly into existing structures. Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform manual labor involving heavy lifting to move materials safely. Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields such as HVAC or remodeling projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety procedures. Familiarity with carpentry, handyman tasks, assembly work, and remodeling is a plus. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access and material transport.
