In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate smoothly, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance tools effectively on various projects. Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future issues. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites. Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures and performing handyman tasks related to plumbing. Collaborate with team members on construction site experience including blueprint reading and construction plumbing techniques. Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and installations for compliance and quality assurance. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments. Hands-on experience with welding, assembly, remodeling projects, and plumbing system maintenance. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements. Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems is essential. Experience operating heavy machinery or construction site equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
