Job Description We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our growing service team. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will bring dealership-quality automotive service directly to our customers at their home, workplace, or other approved location. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Perform mobile maintenance, inspections, recalls, and eligible repairs at customer locations. Diagnose and repair vehicles within the scope of mobile service operations. Perform services such as oil changes, filters, batteries, wiper blades, tire rotations, software updates, recalls, and other approved maintenance and repairs. Complete thorough vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs. Accurately document all work performed, including technician stories, inspection results, recommendations, and required warranty documentation. Properly clock in and out of repair orders and maintain accurate time and repair records. Communicate professionally with customers and explain completed services and recommendations when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked mobile service vehicle. Properly maintain dealership tools, equipment, inventory, and assigned vehicle. Follow all dealership, manufacturer, warranty, and safety policies and procedures. Coordinate with Service Advisors, Mobile Service staff, Parts, and management to ensure appointments are completed efficiently. Represent the dealership professionally while working at customer homes, businesses, and other off-site locations. Help build customer relationships and promote the convenience and value of Mobile Service.
