Responsibilit Install, maintain, and repair domestic water systems, heavy-duty commercial plumbing, and HVAC-related piping Ensure compliance with all local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory requirements during project execution Manage pipe threading, pipe fitting, welding, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools with precision Perform building code analysis to verify that all plumbing work meets current standards and regulations Coordinate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC to ensure seamless integration of systems on-site Oversee field service activities including troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing routine maintenance or emergency repairs Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks necessary for installation or repair work while maintaining safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress or system issues Requirement Knowledge of local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory compliance standards Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and perform precise installations or repairs accordingly Experience managing or supervising plumbing teams within a construction environment Mechanical knowledge of domestic water systems, heavy-duty piping systems, HVAC integration, and system maintenance Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze building code requirements quickly and effectively Valid driver's license for commercial driving as needed for project site travel or material transport Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing ladders/scaffolding, bending, crawling in confined spaces, and other physically demanding tasks Join us as a Plumber where your expertise will drive high-quality construction projects forward.
