Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to prevent or resolve blockages Read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks efficiently Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and modifying existing systems as needed Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and prolong system lifespan Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing components, and system maintenance Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards related to plumbing work Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Experience in residential and commercial plumbing projects including remodeling work Capable of heavy lifting, assembly tasks, and working at heights or confined spaces as required Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint reading Construction site experience with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments Join us as a Plumber where your expertise will make a real difference!
