Job Description:

As a licensed Lead Plumber you will be involved in quoting and bidding jobs and directly oversee and be responsible for the completion of residential service plumbing, new construction plumbing and rough-in plumbing jobs. To be successful in this role you will be, reliable, resourceful and able to exercise autonomy in your role.

Responsibilities:

Analyze problems and understand what tools and services are needed for the problem Follow health, safety regulations, and Iowa code Accurately and efficiently complete jobs within reasonable timelines Be self-accountable and autonomous Have knowledge of existing code and procedure to complete residential, commercial, and rough-in plumbing

Qualifications:

Experience in residential service, commercial service, rough in and trim out. Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field Ability to use plumbing tools Good communication skills Must have a valid
