What You'll Do Travel to client homes, job sites, and commercial projects Perform plumbing work on new construction and existing systems Complete full-scope installs from groundwork through final trim Diagnose plumbing and drainage issues accurately Locate and repair leaks, blockages, and system failures Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and team members Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Follow all safety standards and company procedures What We're Looking For Licensed Journeyman Plumber Minimum 4 years of journeyman-level experience Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing Strong knowledge of new construction and remodel work from start to finish Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay productive Clean & professional appearance and strong communication skills Willingness to handle occasional emergency or after-hours calls Physical Requirements Ability to work in crawl spaces and tight areas Comfortable working in attics and on roofs Able to lift, climb, and perform physically demanding work Benefits Dental and Vision coverage paid by the company PTO (Paid Time Off) Holiday pay Medical reimbursement for Journeyman Why Join Us Steady, year-round work Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company Variety of projects from residential service to large commercial installs Team environment that values hard work and accountability
