We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our install team. Position Summary As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose and repair plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, working independently to get the job done right while giving customers clear, honest information about their home. This position suits someone with real experience who's ready to work on their own and mentor others coming up in the trade. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, pipe repairs, and water heater installations Perform inspections and preventive maintenance, testing water pressure, drainage, and system performance Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations, and ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards Provide clear, professional communication to customers about diagnoses, repairs, and options, educating them on preventive maintenance and upgrade opportunities Collect payments and maintain your truck inventory Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and team members, supporting the training and mentoring of apprentices and technicians Maintain your tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe, clean, working condition We Offer Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses 401(k) retirement with company match Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off Company events & parties Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-term disability insurance
