If you're an Illinois-licensed plumber who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with excellent benefits and career growth. Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions. Ensure all work complies with Illinois plumbing codes, local regulations, and company standards. Maintain your Illinois Plumbing License for company use to meet municipal requirements. Sponsor and mentor up to two plumbing apprentices. Work closely with Operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Complete required job documentation using a tablet and company software. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Perma-Seal professionally at every job site. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Qualifications Current Illinois Plumbing License (Required) Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, installations, and Illinois plumbing codes. Experience troubleshooting and repairing residential plumbing systems. Ability to read blueprints and interpret plumbing specifications is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
