This role is built for someone who wants to show up, do excellent technical work, and move to the next job, without carrying a sales quota. Responsibilities Install and replace water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, piping, and other plumbing systems per the scope of work provided Perform repairs and general plumbing work to code Keep job sites clean and complete work efficiently and correctly the first time Flag any additional issues found on-site to the office team (without being responsible for selling the work) Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory Complete accurate job documentation, photos, and notes for every job Qualifications Valid plumbing license in the State of Illinois (required) Strong technical skills and hands-on installation experience Ability to read and follow a scope of work independently Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits Top installers averaging $120,000+ annually. service plumbing: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
