What You'll Be Doing:

As an Experienced Service Plumber, you will be the face of our company, diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial environments. Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems (water heaters, fixtures, drains, water lines, slab leaks, etc.). Provide customers with clear, upfront options and explain the best solutions for their issues. Utilize Housecall Pro on a company-provided tablet to log jobs, manage schedules, track materials, and process payments in the field. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle and job site. Participate fairly in our scheduled Saturday shift rotation.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of [3-5] years of hands-on residential or commercial service plumbing experience.

Software:

Experience with Housecall Pro (or similar field service management software) is a plus.

Licensing:

Valid Illinois Plumbing License (Journeyman or Licensed Plumber) is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong diagnostic capabilities and proficiency with modern plumbing equipment (snakes, cameras, hydro-jetters).

Credentials:
