Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a dependable Indiana Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, safety-focused, and able to complete plumbing installations, repairs, inspections, and service calls with quality workmanship and strong customer service. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, drains, water heaters, and related equipment.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend practical, code-compliant solutions.
- Read plans, follow work orders, and complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
- Perform residential and/or commercial service calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow company safety procedures.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors.
- Complete required paperwork, job notes, and material documentation. Requirements
- Current Indiana plumbing license or credential appropriate for the work performed.
- Proven plumbing field experience in residential, commercial, or service plumbing.
- Knowledge of Indiana plumbing code requirements and safe work practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, crawl, climb, and work in varying jobsite conditions. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with drain cleaning, water heater installation, rough-in plumbing, finish plumbing, or remodel work.
- Backflow, medical gas, or additional trade certifications are a plus.
- Experience using service software, tablets, or mobile work-order systems. We Offer
