Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Service Plumber to join our team. The Service Plumber will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and/or commercial plumbing systems while providing professional, courteous service to customers. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, and piping. Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and maintenance. Troubleshoot plumbing systems and determine appropriate repair solutions. Respond to service calls and communicate professionally with customers. Explain plumbing problems, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers. Prepare accurate estimates and document completed work. Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment. Follow all applicable plumbing codes, company policies, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete required paperwork, service reports, and job documentation. Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience as a plumber or service plumber preferred. Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems. Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing problems independently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely lift equipment and materials and perform physical work. Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple service calls.
