Job Description
Job Summary This position will focus primarily on new construction plumbing, private residential customer work, and miscellaneous plumbing projects . We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of plumbing experience who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and provide quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform plumbing work on new residential construction projects Complete rough-ins, top-outs, and finish plumbing Install water supply, drain, waste, and vent piping Install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing equipment Perform plumbing installations and repairs for private residential customers Complete remodels, additions, repipes, and other miscellaneous plumbing projects Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and plumbing layouts Determine proper pipe sizing, routing, and installation methods Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing issues as needed Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, general contractors, and other trades Ensure all work meets applicable Indiana plumbing codes Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and jobsite Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Skills Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience - Required Valid Indiana Plumbing License - Preferred New construction plumbing experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and plumbing codes Ability to complete plumbing projects with limited supervision Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Experience with common plumbing materials, tools, and equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to lift and carry plumbing materials and equipment Dependable, organized, and able to work as part of a team Join us if you're eager to build a career in construction plumbing where your skills make a tangible difference!
