Full-Time Job Overview Cool Heat KC is looking for a reliable, experienced Plumber / Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and represents the company professionally on every job. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to customers Work with water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with team members and customers New Contrustion Requirements 2+ years of plumbing experience (more preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good customer service and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions Preferred Qualifications Journeyman license (or working toward one) Experience with service calls and customer-facing roles HVAC experience is a plus but not required Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle Paid time off / holidays Training and advancement opportunities Why Work With Us At Cool Heat KC, we value quality work, accountability, and treating customers right.
