We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a job from start to finish

What we're looking for: Current plumbing license required Commercial plumbing experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Ability to take ownership of a job and help carry it from start to finish Experience leading or directing a crew in the field Strong troubleshooting and real-time problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Valid driver's license required Physical ability to lift materials and work in commercial and industrial environments What you'll do: Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems and fixtures Work from blueprints, layouts, and project specifications Coordinate day-to-day work in the field and help keep projects on schedule Provide direction to crew members and coordinate work as needed Identify and solve field issues as they arise Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members Maintain tools, equipment, and organized job sites Document work performed and materials used Take ownership of quality workmanship from the beginning of a project through completion Why Superior Plumbing & Heating?
