You will leverage your technical expertise to diagnose issues, execute high-quality repairs, and deliver reliable plumbing solutions that keep critical infrastructure running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage the preparation and organization of specialized tools and materials to ensure job site readiness and efficiency. Conduct thorough inspections to identify pipe leaks and structural plumbing failures, creating safe and effective repair plans. Execute precise installations, routine maintenance, and system upgrades for residential and commercial plumbing networks. Perform accurate pipe fabrication, including measuring, cutting, and threading, to meet exact project specifications. Optimize system performance by adjusting water pressure valves and fine-tuning mechanical plumbing components. Restore system reliability by replacing worn hardware such as faucet washers, seals, and drainage gaskets. Implement drainage and runoff solutions, including gutter and downspout systems, to ensure proper water management. Collaborate with senior trade professionals to ensure all installations meet safety standards and project timelines. Qualifications Required Skills Active Journeyman Plumbing License. Proven field experience in residential or commercial plumbing environments. Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical measurements and operating industry-standard plumbing tools. Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting complex system malfunctions. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. Experience with large-scale commercial piping systems. Ability to mentor apprentices and assist in training junior staff.
