In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in construction plumbing, troubleshooting, and system inspection will help us uphold our reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently. Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools to clear blockages and prevent future problems. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to job sites. Read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to interpret project requirements and ensure precise installation or repairs. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks effectively. Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work. Troubleshoot water systems, HVAC components related to plumbing, and other related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Support construction site activities by coordinating with team members on schematics interpretation and construction site experience. Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation or repair projects. Skilled in drain cleaning, use of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras. Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems along with understanding of local building codes. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret technical data accurately. Experience with construction site activities including remodeling, assembly, heavy lifting, and working at heights if necessary. Familiarity with HVAC systems related to plumbing components is a plus. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
