You'll be trusted to run your own schedule, work independently in the field, and represent a company that lives by the motto: "We Do What's Right — Every Time." What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber (residential and/or light commercial) Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing systems with minimal supervision Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability — we need someone we can put on the schedule and trust to get the job done right Valid driver's license Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners Bonus points if you also have: Master Plumbing license Master Gas license Experience working in a service-based company What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady work in the Greater Baton Rouge area (Zachary, Baker, Denham Springs, Central, and surrounding areas) Opportunity to grow with a company that values doing the right thing Duties Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems Perform water heater repairs and replacements (tank and tankless) Clear drains, locate and repair leaks, and handle fixture installations Experience with water heaters, repiping, drain cleaning, and taking residential service calls.
