What You'll Do:

Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions Work on water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and more Present and sell recommended solutions/upgrades to homeowners Deliver top-notch service and communicate clearly with customers Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

What We're Looking For:

Active Massachusetts or Connecticut Journeyman Plumber license (required) Proven experience in residential plumbing Comfortable with consultative, sales-based service (commission opportunity!) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
