Harborside Heating & Cooling LLC - Pembroke, MA Serving luxury residential properties across the South Shore. Position Overview We're looking for a licensed Massachusetts Plumber (Journeyman acceptable, Master strongly preferred ) to join our growing residential HVAC & plumbing team. This role focuses on high‐quality installations, replacements, and service work in premium homes where craftsmanship, professionalism, and clean work matter. What You'll Do Install, replace, and service residential plumbing systems Work alongside HVAC techs, hydronic heating, boilers, indirect tanks, and mechanical room builds Perform high‐end fixture installs, water heaters, tankless systems, recirculation, filtration, and softening equipment Diagnose and repair plumbing issues with accuracy and professionalism Maintain clean, organized work areas in customer homes Communicate clearly with homeowners and uphold our high‐standard service reputation Ensure all work meets MA plumbing code and best practices What We're Looking For MA Journeyman or Master Plumber License (Master preferred) Strong residential experience — service + installation Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions Clean, professional workmanship suitable for high‐end homes Comfort working with HVAC teams on hydronic systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer‐service mindset Nice to Have Experience with high‐efficiency boilers, indirect tanks, and hydronic distribution Familiarity with water quality systems (softeners, filters, UV, etc.) Gas fitting experience Ability to mentor apprentices What We Offer Competitive pay based on license level and experience Steady year‐round work High‐quality tools, materials, and support Professional, respectful work environment Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company About Us Harborside Heating & Cooling LLC is a locally owned, high‐end residential HVAC and plumbing company serving the South Shore.
