Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumbing Sewer and Drain Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, snaking, diagnosing, repairing, and removing drain clogs. Your expertise will ensure efficient water flow, proper sewer function, and reliable drain systems. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, sewer lines, and drain pipes in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras to identify blockages or system failures Perform drain cleaning using manual hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to clear clogs efficiently Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to job sites Utilize welding skills for pipe joining or repair when necessary Follow local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of plumbing work Use construction site experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and heavy lifting as required for system installation or repairs Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional customer service throughout each project Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments Knowledge of plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, pipe threading, and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and plumbing-specific tools such as water systems components Experience with construction plumbing projects including remodeling or renovation work is highly desirable Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols Strong understanding of local building codes related to plumbing systems and installations Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting complex plumbing issues Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus but not required Join our team today to help deliver reliable plumbing solutions that improve our customers' lives!
