Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, identify and repair various plumbing systems ranging from faucet repairs, water heater installations, toilet repairs, unclog drains, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair. Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service. Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options and maintenance plans.

Be professional and knowledgeable:

keep current on manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair. Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary. Document work by completing digital paperwork on each job utilizing Service Titan Provides technical support to customers. Participate actively in trainings and meetings. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals. Commit to the highest standards of ethics, honesty and integrity. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets in Service Titan.

Requirements:

Journeyman Plumber License Minimum of 2 years of plumbing service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a valid Driver's License, possess, and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade. Must be able to multitask and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team. Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training to advance position. Ability to follow Safety Guidelines and safely work with heights and in tight working conditions (attics) from extension and step ladders. Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
