About the Role Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems supporting residential water distribution and wastewater disposal. You'll report directly to our Service Manager and serve as a trusted representative of our company in the community. What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential homes Perform thorough plumbing inspections and maintenance services Complete repairs, replacements, and new installations as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain findings and recommend solutions Help customers make informed decisions to maintain and protect their plumbing systems What We're Looking For At least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience, ideally in residential service work Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and job management software A customer-first attitude and a desire to keep learning and growing in the trade Working Conditions & Physical Demands Prioritize safety at all times and follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, hear, and speak clearly Must be able to climb ladders, navigate tight crawl spaces, and work in varying temperatures Ability to routinely lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs Work will include indoor and outdoor environments throughout all seasons Benefits & Perks At Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, we know that exceptional service starts with exceptional people.
