Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and complete repairs and installations efficiently Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to clear blockages and maintain water flow Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate repairs or upgrades Collaborate with teams on remodeling projects, assembly tasks, and site preparations involving plumbing components Heavy lifting of materials and equipment is required regularly; ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents about project progress and maintenance needs Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference Experience Proven highrise experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial settings Skilled in welding, pro-press, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and general handyman tasks related to plumbing projects Familiarity with building site procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and construction plumbing standards Experience operating plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics and system evaluations Knowledge of local building codes governing water systems, drainage, venting, and fixture installation Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex installations or repairs Valid driver's license with experience operating a commercial vehicle; clean driving record preferred Strong basic mechanical skills for water based HVAC systems Strong basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Prior experience with water system maintenance including leak detection and system troubleshooting is highly desirable Join us as a Journeyman Plumber if you're eager to bring your technical skills into a fast-paced environment where your craftsmanship makes a real difference.
