Are you the go‑to pro for commercial TI and new construction installs? If you take pride in code‑compliant, on‑schedule work and enjoy the variety of tenant fit‑outs and ground‑up projects across the Maryland/Baltimore area, this role is for you. What you'll do Install complete plumbing systems for commercial new construction and tenant fit‑out projects. Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and plumbing drawings to plan installs. Rough‑in and pipe sanitary, vent, domestic water, storm, and gas systems. Set fixtures, equipment, and trim as phases progress. Coordinate daily with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to maintain schedule integrity. Diagnose and resolve installation challenges while upholding top‑tier workmanship. Ensure all work meets applicable codes, project specifications, and safety standards. Maintain accurate logs of labor and materials. Keep each job site orderly, clean, and safe. What you bring Commercial plumbing experience (Journeyman license preferred). Background in commercial new construction and/or tenant fit‑outs. Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation skills. Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and codes. Detail‑oriented problem solver who collaborates well. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
