Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and plumbing infrastructure operate efficiently and meet all safety and building code standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of technical skills, and contribute to high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, sewer systems, and fixtures in both residential and commercial settings. Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and schematics to execute precise installations and repairs. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate project execution aligned with design specifications. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within complex water or drainage systems. Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, remodeling tasks, and assembly work while adhering to safety standards. Follow local building codes and regulations during all phases of construction, repair, or maintenance projects. Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to job sites while managing heavy lifting tasks and construction site safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on construction site experience including carpentry, HVAC integration, and general handyman tasks as needed. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project status and solutions. Qualifications Valid state-issued license as a professional plumber with comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. Proven construction experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects. Familiarity with construction site experience including blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical knowledge. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, HVAC equipment, heavy lifting gear, and commercial driving vehicles safely. Strong understanding of local building codes coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations related to plumbing layouts. Carpentry or remodeling experience is a plus; handyman skills are highly valued. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions at construction sites.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
