Job Description
Journeyman / Master Service Plumber Position Overview Our client is seeking experienced Journeyman and Master Service Plumbers to perform residential plumbing service, repairs, installations, and water treatment projects. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing repairs, upgrades, and water treatment installations Install and service water heaters, plumbing systems, and propane appliances Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions Educate customers on plumbing systems, maintenance, and service options Maintain clean, organized company vehicles, tools, and inventory Complete service documentation accurately using field service software Follow safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Journeyman or Master Plumbing License required Propane Appliance Connection License preferred EPA 608 Certification preferred but not required Clean driving record required Ability to read blueprints and schematic diagrams Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and installation practices Experience with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, company vehicle, fuel card, uniforms, tablet, ongoing training, referral program, annual performance reviews, and career advancement opportunities.
