Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential sites. In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Your expertise will drive efficient project completion, uphold quality standards, and support the seamless operation of construction projects from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical mastery while contributing to high-profile endeavors. Also, could be working with the HVAC technicians on some days assisting with their duties, must be willing to adapt. Responsibilities Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential or commercial properties, including piping, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of plumbing designs. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate work schedules and resolve technical issues promptly. Provide field service support for troubleshooting plumbing problems during construction or remodeling projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Be willing to cross train in HVAC and AC. Could be traveling to many different locations in one day and deal with various types of individuals. Must be able to adapt to these changes and able to communicate with these individuals. Skills Extensive experience with construction plumbing systems in commercial or residential settings. Strong knowledge of schematics, and mechanical systems such as HVAC. Proficiency in construction estimating, pipe threading, welding techniques, and schematic interpretation. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and carpentry tools for installation tasks. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and material estimates. Familiarity with remodeling projects, maintenance procedures, assembly work, and handyman skills. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for site transportation; excellent field service skills required.
