Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Plumber to lead and execute plumbing projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. As a key member of our construction team, you will oversee plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair operations while ensuring strict adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Your expertise will drive efficient project completion, team coordination, and exceptional customer service. Duties Lead plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on construction sites, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and plumbing regulations. Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs. Supervise and manage plumbing teams, assigning tasks effectively while maintaining high safety standards and productivity levels. Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects by assessing materials, labor needs, and costs to support project planning. Conduct building code analysis to ensure all plumbing systems meet current standards for residential, commercial, or industrial applications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete complex installations or repairs. Manage construction regulatory compliance by documenting work progress, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Interpreting technical schematics and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems as needed for integrated building systems. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about project status or system maintenance requirements. Oversee the maintenance and repair of domestic water systems, sewage lines, fire protection systems, and other plumbing infrastructure on-site. Ensure proper use of construction plans and schematics for accurate installation; perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates. Support remodeling projects or handyman tasks that involve plumbing or carpentry skills while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Valid Licensed Master Plumber certification with relevant state licensing requirements. Extensive construction experience with a focus on residential and commercial plumbing projects. Strong knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and code compliance procedures. Proven ability in managing plumbing teams effectively while maintaining safety standards on construction sites. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems along with experience in construction estimating and project management. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and heavy lifting methods. Excellent customer service skills coupled with strong communication abilities for client interactions. Ability to perform construction site inspections; ensure regulatory compliance; conduct building code analysis; manage field service operations; perform maintenance tasks; handle remodeling projects; operate commercial driving vehicles if required; utilize basic math skills for measurements; support assembly or handyman tasks as needed.
