Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance tools safely and effectively Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and drain snakes Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and specifications Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during every phase of work Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, performing carpentry tasks, and handling heavy lifting as needed Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting HVAC-related plumbing issues and system integration Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for compliance purposes Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and interpreting technical drawings Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage solutions, HVAC integration, and plumbing inspection cameras Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly processes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and plumbing regulations to ensure compliant work practices Experience operating company vehicles safely within commercial driving guidelines Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting complex plumbing issues efficiently Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates Hands-on experience with remodeling projects including carpentry tasks and handyman repairs Join our team as a Licensed Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced environment.
